Food: Surprise Chocolates AKA Chocolate-covered Rats

This
recipe is in honor of Mary Ann, an escaped/abandoned pet rat who took
up residence in my garage. She was adopted soon after being taken to the
humane society, but not before stealing my heart.
Surprise Chocolates
Ingredients:
- 8 oz chocolate, either white, dark or milk.
- Gummi rats. (If
you don't care for rats in your chocolate, feel free to substitute other
items such as graham crackers, raisins, cut up marshmallows, glazed
cherries, pretzel sticks, nuts or after-dinner mints.)
Melt chocolate in double boiler or in the microwave.
Roll rats in chocolate, then place on waxed paper to cool.
Serves one chocolate addict.
