Advertising on TackyLiving.com is subject to the following terms and conditions, which may change without notice.

1. Your ad must not be formatted to use the same layout and colors as the Google ads that appear on TackyLiving.com.

2. We do not accept ads that contain or link to any of the following:

• Violent content, racial intolerance, or advocacy against any individual, group, or organization
• Pornography, adult, or mature content
• Hacking/cracking content
• Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia
• Excessive profanity
• Gambling or casino-related content
• Content regarding programs which compensate users for clicking on ads or offers, performing searches, surfing websites, or reading emails
• Sales or promotion of weapons or ammunition (e.g., firearms, fighting knives, stun guns)
• Sales or promotion of beer or hard alcohol
• Sales or promotion of tobacco or tobacco-related products
• Sales or promotion of prescription drugs
• Sales or promotion of products that are replicas or imitations of designer goods
• Sales or distribution of term papers or student essays
• Any other content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or infringes on the legal rights of others

3. If at any time TackyLiving.com determines that your ad is in violation of the previous policy (for example, if the pages(s) the ad links to automatically redirect the user to a site that violates our policy, or automatically open new windows that contain content that violates our policy), your ad placement will be removed.

4. The page(s) your ad links to must be active at the time the ad placement begins.

5. All ads must be paid in full before placement begins. We accept payment by check or Paypal. Please allow additional time when paying by check.

6. Ad placements are non-refundable, but can be removed at any time before the end of your term at your request.

7. Advertising charges for TackyLiving.com are for placement of web-ready ads only. Graphic design and
editorial services are not included unless otherwise stated.
